Scott Pace, former NSS Executive Vice President, former Executive Secretary of the National Space Council, and Director of the Space Policy Institute at the Elliott School of International Affairs, has written an OpEd in SpaceNews called “NOAA is stalling U.S. space traffic management.”
NSS supports Scott Pace’s position on U.S. space traffic management and encourages enactment of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) in its funding recommendations for the Office of Space Commerce. As Pace indicates in this article, “For our security and our prosperity, it is vital that the United States lead the world in ensuring the long-term sustainability of space activities.”
