Join the Guayaquil Space Society (NSS Chapter in Ecuador) on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 for the Zoom presentation “Space Advocacy: How to Get Your Government Interested in Space Policy.” The presenters are Tim Chrisman, Co-founder and Executive Director of the U.S.-based Foundation for the Future, and Victor Jurado, Director General of the Cámara Binacional Ecuatoriana Italiana (Italian Chamber of Commerce in Ecuador). The speakers will address how to influence their own governments, with lessons applying to any government.

The presentation will be at 7:00 pm ECU (Ecuador time, the same as U.S. Central time) and the Zoom Link is https://zoom.us/j/97206408073. The presentation will be in English.

  1. It would be nice if any country was actually interested in Space Exploration. Perhaps if we could ‘capture’ an asteroid, and mine it, for profit, then someone would actually be interested in Outer Space.
