Chapter Annual Reports

All chapters must send a report to the National Space Society every year. The reports are essential to remain in good standing, for communicating your contact information, and reporting on your activities. NSS will use this information to support your chapter, maintain the chapter directory, and select chapter annual awards winners. U.S. chapters must also file annually with the IRS. Download the appropriate report form for you and follow the instructions therein.

All chapters, both U.S. and international, will report the following:

  • Updated contact information for your chapter.
  • A chapter membership list.
  • A list of activities for the past year.
  • Any changes to your chapter bylaws.

Chapters report all this using the applicable annual report package below.
