FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE NSS and SEA Announce Legislative Blitz in Washington A new Congress, and a new Administration, will soon be taking office and we must make sure our voices are heard. Now, perhaps more than ever before, it is absolutely critical that the space advocacy community be heard in the debate over the future of our nation's space program. The National Space Society and the Space Exploration Alliance (SEA) are gearing up for the next Legislative Blitz in Washington, D.C. This event will be held from Sunday, February 22 through Tuesday, February 24. This event brings together members of the National Space Society and other non-profit space advocacy groups from around the nation for a grassroots "blitz" of the Hill, meeting with as many Congressional offices as possible to encourage our leaders to support space.
